On August 2, 2016, the Minnesota Vikings, along with partners Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO), the City of Eagan, Crawford Architects, and Kraus-Anderson Construction Company, celebrated the official groundbreaking of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center and TCO Stadium – marking the first steps to developing Viking Lakes.
Garden Communities MN, the residential development arm of the Wilf Family’s New Jersey real estate company, is currently and will continue developing multi-family communities in Minnesota. The first property to open its doors will be 240 Park Avenue, a 17-story, 204-unit mixed-use building in Minneapolis' East End, which will be completed in February of 2021. Phase I of the Viking Lakes residential project is also underway, featuring 261 of the 1,000 city approved units, and it will be ready for residents in summer of 2021.
The entire Garden Communities division owns and manages more than 60,000 apartments across 30+ states and adds more than 2,500 per year through acquisitions, ground up development and construction. New Jersey continues to be our base of operations, but residential and commercial properties have and continue to be developed throughout the Northeast as well as California and Florida.
