This individual will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day maintenance operations by performing inspections, preventative maintenance, general repair and service coordination with standards that meet our residents’ high expectations. Our Maintenance Technicians will display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a solid understanding of building maintenance, repairs, refurbishments, cleaning and being a team player.
